For people who are pregnant and parents / caregivers with babies up to one year can learn how to give their babies a great start.
Healthy Start runs a drop-in group at Maples Community Centre providing practical support to participants. There is no cost to attend and no pre-registration, just drop in.
What to expect, a welcoming and inclusive space for all, information related to pregnancy and parenting, and an opportunity to meet people in your neighbourhood.
You will find an outreach worker, dietitian and nurse to answer your questions.
