Maples, in association with Seven Oaks Seniors Links, has introduced a number of terrific programs just for seniors. Below is a quick schedule followed by more detailed discriptions.

Weekday Afternoon Cards
During the weekdays we host daily card games starting at noon, and our current player group has been steadily growing. Guests have access to the canteen kitchen to prepare refreshments. |

Senior's Fitness and Line Dancing
The senior's excercise and line-dancing programs are new to Maples and classes are on-going year around. Sponsored by the Seven Oaks Seniors Links (SOSL) classes are on Thursdays in the Maples CC gym - refer to the schedule above for times. These classes are low impact and designed specifically for seniors. |
Volunteer Opportunities
Got a little spare time? Our Centre has many opportunities for people looking to get involved in making our community a better place.
Whether it's coaching or assisting kid's sports, serving on our Board of Directors or various committees, or helping out with special events, volunteering at the Maples is fun and rewarding. |
